Classes Working out with a group is arguably the most enjoyable and motivational way to exercise, and we have a range of classes for beginners and technique/taster sessions for you to try before you attend a full session. All our teachers are happy to give advice and support, before, during and after each session.
We have three class studios, one of which is for ladies only. The class timetable offers over 70 sessions each week. The classes are instructed by many of the top instructors in the UK and are regularly updated to meet the requirements of our members.

In order to give all members equal opportunity of booking in to the class of their choice, please note the following:
All classes must be booked in advance on the day at reception on 020 7888 2424
If you get onto the waiting list then you will be offered a place in that class the week after
Members can only book a maximum of themselves and one other person into a class
Please do not enter a class before or after it has started, without prior consent
If you have booked in for a class and you are unable to attend we ask that you inform the health club reception so your booking can be released.
