I gained my Personal training qualification in 1998 and began my fitness career in Westminster. I then worked in Cyprus for a chain of prestigious 5* Hotels as the aerobics Co-ordinator.
For the last 4 years I have also enjoyed running action and dance classes for Toddlers.

Jermaine Sempebwa
Jermaine specialises in strength and conditioning, weight management and functional training to enhance performance for specific sports. Jermaine has over 8 years’ experience in health and fitness, with a BSc in Physiology from Leeds University. Having worked as an Exercise Physiologist, Jermaine provides a holistic approach to health and fitness. He works with each of his clients to alter their diet and exercise routine in order to gain maximum results in the shortest space of time Jermaine says, “exercise should be a way of life, to improve your health whist using it to make you look fantastic.
